– What materials are your food pots made from?
All our containers with lids are made of polypropylene (PP).
– Is the packaging suitable for hot filling?
Yes, the packaging is suitable for contact with hot filling at temperatures between 85 °C and 95 °C. It is necessary to test the containers and lids under real conditions with the actual product before approval for use.
– Can I use the containers and lids in the microwave?
The containers can be used in the microwave for short-term heating at temperatures up to 100 °C, for no longer than 15 minutes.
They are not suitable for long-term use in the microwave or for heating food in the oven.
It is recommended to test the containers and lids under real conditions with the actual product before approval for high-temperature use.
– Are the containers suitable for freezing?
Containers made from a special cold-resistant material can be used at temperatures below -20 °C. These are produced according to customer requirements.

– Do your pots come with lids? Are they leak-proof?
Yes, our standard packaging includes an equal number of pots and lids in each box. If you prefer, we can also supply pots and lids separately to suit your needs.
The lids are leak-proof.

– What is the recommended storage period and conditions for this product?
Recommended period of storage – 12 months after production date, storing in dry, closed premises at room or lower temperature in original packaging.
– Do you offer compostable, recyclable, or biodegradable options?
All our containers, including those with in-mould labelling (IML), are produced from polypropylene (PP) and are fully recyclable.
We do not offer compostable or biodegradable options.
– What sizes do your food containers come in?
Our food containers are available in a wide range of sizes to suit different products and portions.
We currently offer standard capacities from 80 ml up to 2,000 ml, with various shapes and heights to meet your packaging needs.
Customisation & Branding
– Can I customise the pots with my logo or design?
Yes, we offer in-mould labelling (IML) so you can customise the pots with your own logo or design.
We also provide a range of printing and labelling options to help you create branded packaging that reflects your product and brand identity.

Ordering & Delivery
– What are the minimum order quantities?
Minimum order quantities apply depending on the product and customisation options chosen.
•For in-mould labelling (IML), the minimum order quantity is 10,000 units (rounded to the nearest pallet).
•For coloured containers, the minimum order quantity starts from 10,000 units (rounded to the nearest pallet).
•For standard (transparent) containers, the minimum order is 1 pallet.

– How quickly can I receive my order?
Most of our standard products are stocked in our UK warehouse, allowing us to offer next day delivery.
For larger orders or bespoke products, lead times start from around 2 weeks from the order confirmation date.
For orders of in-mould labelled containers, the lead time is typically 6–7 weeks.
If you require a faster turnaround, please get in touch – we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Please note that during busy periods (such as Christmas), lead times may be longer.

Usage & Storage
– Can I use your containers for oily or acidic foods?
Yes, our containers are suitable for oily and acidic foods.
However, we recommend testing containers with your specific product under real conditions to ensure optimal performance.
